Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 170 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 50 g almond(s), grated
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • Jam, currant (blackcurrant)
  • Chocolate glaze
  • Almond(s), halved

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 170°C. Quickly knead all the ingredients for the dough and chill for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out round cookies, and place them on baking sheets. Bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool, then sandwich together with jam. Dip in chocolate glaze and place half an almond on top.
