Spinach spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 450 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • 250 g bacon, diced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Vegeta
  • 1 tbsp margarine, e.g. Rama
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the creamed spinach with milk and seasoning mix over medium heat until the spinach is thawed. Finely dice the garlic, or use it however you like. Then add it to the spinach along with the diced ham and simmer for about 10 minutes. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and drain. Add a little margarine to the spaghetti; it always adds a good flavor. Stir in the spinach and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Mix well again and serve.
