Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g marzipan paste
- 200 g butter
- 80 g powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of lemon peel
- 1 egg(s)
- 250 g wheat flour, sifted
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
for the pastry press
Cut the marzipan into small pieces and mix with the butter until smooth. Gradually stir in the remaining ingredients. Place the dough in portions into the pastry press. Place a slice of your choice and press the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then bake in a preheated oven at 170-200°C (top/bottom heat, fan: 160-180°C) for about 10 minutes.
