Pork fillet with bacon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork fillet(s)
  • 1 pack of sliced ​​bacon
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp processed cheese
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into 2.5 cm wide slices (makes 2 per person). Wrap each fillet in bacon, arrange in a baking dish, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the milk and sour cream in a saucepan. Add the cream cheese. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. After the 15 minutes of cooking time are up, spread the sauce over the parcels and bake in the oven for another 5 minutes. We like to serve this with rice.
