Banana curry soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1,000 g banana(s)
  • 3 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 bell peppers, green, red or yellow
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • oil
  • 3 tbsp curry powder, at least
  • tsp cinnamon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the onions in hot oil until translucent, add the minced meat, and fry thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper, curry powder, and cinnamon. Add the diced bell peppers and fry. Add the vegetable stock. Puree the bananas and add them as well. Season generously with curry powder. Cook everything thoroughly. Stir in sour cream to taste before serving.
