Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour type 405
- 330 ml malt beer
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Salt
- n. B. Nuts or seeds of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Combine flour with malt beer, baking powder, and salt. Add nuts, if desired, and mix well. Pour into a small bread pan. Bake in the hot oven for approximately 20-30 minutes (depending on oven power). Test with a skewer halfway through. We love to serve with a homemade cream cheese and paprika dip.
