Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml cream
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled pepper
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • some butter flakes
  • e.g. Gouda or Emmental, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

First of all: You’ll also need the “Snacking & Baking” attachment for the Optigrill. Wash, peel, and thinly slice the potatoes. If there aren’t enough, add another potato. Place the slices overlapping in the attachment. In a measuring jug, combine the milk, cream, processed cheese, and seasoning and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle the butter on top and sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes. Close the lid. Turn on the grill and select manual and orange. After 1 hour, the gratin is ready. A mixed salad goes very well with it.
