Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 small apple, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp horseradish, grated
  • lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp sweet cream, whipped
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely grate the apple and horseradish. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then stir in the sugar, wine, apple, horseradish, and lemon juice. Whip the cream and fold it into the sauce. Season with paprika and salt and refrigerate. This sauce goes well with roasts, poultry, and grilled meats.
