Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 20 g yeast
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 powdered sugar, mixed with cinnamon

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
traditional recipe
Combine yeast, sugar, and milk; let it rise. Knead with the remaining ingredients until a smooth dough forms (adding a little milk if necessary). Place the dough in a bowl of cold water for 1 hour (wrap it in cling film if necessary, but it’s not necessary). Roll it out, not too thin. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes until light brown, then immediately roll in powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
