Gnocchi casserole with spinach and mozzarella

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi
  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • ½ pack of spinach, minis
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 bag of soup (ready-made mix)
  • e.g. cheese, to sprinkle on top

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions and place half in a baking dish. Spread the spinach over the gnocchi and add the other half. Mix the soup mix with the cream and milk and pour over the gnocchi. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 175°C (350°F) fan-assisted oven.
