Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk powder (coffee creamer)
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 2 tbsp water, hot
- 20 g butter, soft
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine powdered sugar, milk powder, and cocoa powder in a bowl. Add the butter and water and beat until smooth. Caution! Adding too much water will make the mixture too runny! However, if it’s not yet spreadable, add a little more. Spread it evenly over the cake with a spatula. Tip: I like to use this glaze for Sachertortes because it’s better and more spreadable than the chocolate I normally use.
