Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 pinch(s) of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 drops of rum or bitter almond oil
- 250 g flour
- 75 g almond(s), ground
- 100 g chocolate coating, semi-sweet

Christmas cookies, makes about 60 pieces
Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, rum or bitter almond oil (depending on taste) with flour and almonds until smooth. Fill a piping bag with the batter, line a baking sheet with baking paper, and pipe the circles onto it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes on the middle rack. Heat the chocolate coating in a water bath and dip each cookie halfway into it.
