Pasta salad with corn and ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, cooked as desired
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 2 cucumber(s) (pickles), with chili, diced
  • 6 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 1 tsp mustard (Dijon mustard), slightly hot
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 3 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 6 tbsp homemade mayonnaise
  • 4 eggs, (M) fresh, hard-boiled, diced
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked, fine strips
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very easy and super fast

Mix the noodles with the corn, ham, eggs, and cucumbers. Add the cucumber juice, ketchup, mustard, spices, vinegar, and oil, and mix well. Then add the mayonnaise, mix thoroughly again, and let it sit for at least half a day. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
