Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 175 g butter, cut into flakes
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
- some cinnamon
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mug cakes (coffee cups)
Combine flour, sugar, buttermilk, baking powder, and eggs in a bowl and mix to form a batter. Spread onto a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread the topping ingredients on top. Bake for a further 5 minutes.
