Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 large garlic clove(s)
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsp herbal vinegar (7-herb vinegar)
- salt and pepper
- 1 handful of Parmesan
- 1 handful of fresh basil

Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a large plate. Finely chop the garlic and add it. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and vinegar to taste, and mix everything well. Cut the Parmesan into strips and sprinkle over the salad. Rinse the basil, pat dry, cut into strips, and add to the salad. Let the salad sit for a few minutes. Enjoy with baguette. This salad is always a hit with guests and is a slightly different twist on a popular classic.
