  • 4 tbsp soy yogurt (yogurt alternative) (soy-almond yogurt)
  • Kiwi(s)
  • Chia seeds
  • Physalis
  • Brazil nuts
  • Goji berries
  • chocolate drops
  • persimmon(s)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and tasty

Blend the banana with the frozen raspberries and yogurt. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with the remaining ingredients as desired. The sky’s the limit when it comes to toppings. I like to use fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, goji berries, and chia seeds. You can decorate the smoothie bowl however you like!
