Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg whites
- 140 g sugar
- 140 g nuts, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold in the sugar and nuts. Drop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 170°C for about 10 minutes.
