Cauliflower soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g cauliflower
  • Water, salted
  • 150 ml cauliflower water
  • 150 ml meat broth, clear
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets. Bring a little salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower in it (approx. 5-10 minutes). Bring the cauliflower water and clear meat broth together to a boil, season with pepper and nutmeg. Add the cooked, drained cauliflower. Garnish with chopped parsley.
