Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark (max. 40% fat)
- 1 cup of cream
- ½ lemon(s), untreated, juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 160 g red fruit compote, forest fruits, raspberries or honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Refreshing dessert
Briefly mix the quark. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff peaks and fold in. Then grate the lemon zest over the top and drizzle in about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Serve the chilled lemon quark with fruit.
