Marble cake batter

  1. Beat room temperature butter & raw cane sugar in a bowl. Add the eggs and stir in. Alternate wheat flour, baking powder, white chocolate (syrup) & milk. Then divide the dough. Put the second dough in another bowl.
  2. Add cocoa powder, cookies – coco (syrup) and cream. Mix everything together. Take a springform pan, grease, lightly flour. Pour in the light-colored dough, smooth it out. Spread the dark dough on top and smooth it out as well. Stir in in a spiral shape with a fork.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat. Place the filled springform pan on the baking sheet and place on the middle shelf. Bake for about 35 – 40 minutes, possibly making a wooden stick test, as every oven bakes differently. Then take it out and let it cool briefly in the pan. Turn over and let cool down completely.

vanilla pudding

  1. Take a small saucepan and add the vanilla pudding powder, raw cane sugar, milk, cream and egg yolk. Bring the whole thing to the boil while stirring. When it has thickened, take it off the stove and let it cool down or cool down.

Strawberries

  1. After the vanilla pudding has cooled down, smooth it onto the marble cake. Then place in the refrigerator and let it set. In the meantime, clean the strawberries (approx. 120 gr.) And cut them into slices. Take the marble cake out of the refrigerator and cover with the strawberry slices.
  2. Prepare the cake topping according to the instructions and pour over the strawberry slices. Let everything cool again and garnish with strawberry and mint.
