Jacket potatoes with herb quark - radish stars

    Herb quark

    • 250 g Low fat quark
    • Salt to taste
    • Gourmet pepper to taste
    • 1 little rest Cucumber
    • 3 stem Andean garlic (garden)
    • 0,25 tsp Salad herbs mix
    • Dill to taste

    miscellaneous

    • 5 Potatoes, small
    • 1 Radish

    Instructions
     

    Herb quark

    • Place low-fat quark in a small bowl. Cut open the small rest of the cucumber, scrape out and cut into cubes. Add together with the salt, gourmet pepper, Andean garlic, salad herbs - mixture. Pluck the dill and put it in too. Mix everything together.

    • Wash the potatoes and put them in a microwave jug. Pour in some water with the lid closed and set the microwave to 800 watts and 15 minutes. Then leave it in for another five minutes. Pour off the water and cut open the jacket potatoes on a flat plate.
    • Place the herb quark in the middle. Clean one of the radishes and cut into slices. Cut out the stars with a star cutter. Place the stars and the cut-out disc on the plate.
