Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup of quark
  • 1 package of raspberries (frozen)
  • sugar, brown
  • vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Place the frozen raspberries in a bowl and add sugar, if desired. Combine the cream with the vanilla sugar and whip until stiff peaks form, then combine with the quark (you can also use natural yogurt). Pour this mixture over the frozen raspberries and let it sit in the refrigerator for a day to thaw and blend with the cream and quark mixture. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the dessert just before serving.
