Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g ricotta
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 4 tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the chives thoroughly and cut into small rolls. Cut the dried tomatoes in oil into small pieces. Place the ricotta, chives, and tomatoes in a bowl with a little sea salt and freshly ground pepper and mix thoroughly with a hand mixer. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper. Transfer the finished dip to a small bowl and garnish with some fresh pepper and chives. Refrigerate the dip until ready to serve. This dip goes very well with barbecue or fresh baguette. Tip: If you like, you can also add some basil or other herbs.
