Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices of toast
- 4 slice(s) bacon, thinly sliced
- some salt
- some oil or butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Toast the bread. If you have a flat toaster, you can toast the bacon along with the bread; otherwise, simply fry it in a pan. Place the finished toast on kitchen paper, otherwise it will get soft. Add oil or butter to the pan and fry the eggs. Season with salt and place them on the bread along with the bacon, then fold over with the second slice of toast.
