Sesame potato wedges

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes, waxy, preferably new harvest
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp barbecue spice mix
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Great side dish for pan-fried dishes, alternative to frozen fries

Preheat oven to 190°C fan/convection oven. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into wedges. Toss with oil, spice powder, and sesame seeds. Place the potatoes skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes (test for doneness). Season with salt and pepper.
