Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 m.-sized potatoes
- bay leaves
- olive oil
- Sea salt, coarse
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Thoroughly brush the skins off the potatoes. Cut them in half lengthwise. Preheat oven to approximately 200 degrees Celsius, brush a baking sheet with oil, and place the potato halves cut-side down on the baking sheet. Make a slit in the skin, hold the opening open with a knife, and insert a bay leaf. Brush on the oil and finally sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes.
