Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 250 ml cream
- 175 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Waffles
Cream soft butter or margarine until creamy. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and eggs and mix until smooth. Stir in flour alternately with milk and cream. Heat the waffle iron and cook the waffles one at a time until crispy, then dust with powdered sugar.
