Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 6 tbsp milk
- Fat, for the tray
- 40 g butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100 g almond flakes

Grease half a baking tray. Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs and beat until fluffy. Mix the baking powder and flour. Stir in the flour and baking powder alternately with the milk. Spread the mixture evenly over half the baking tray. Sprinkle the butter flakes, sugar, and almond slivers evenly over the mixture. Bake: middle rack, 20-30 minutes. Electric oven: 220°C, Gas mark 4. Tip: It works better on a full baking tray. Simply double the recipe.
