Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour, type 405
  • 200 ml water, lukewarm
  • 150 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 20 g butter, soft
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Knead all the dough ingredients together. The dough should just stop sticking to your hands. Let it rise in the oven at 40 degrees Celsius until it has doubled in size. Then pour the dough into a loaf pan and let it rise for another 5-10 minutes. Brush with milk and score lengthwise. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (conventional) or 175 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 40 minutes.
