Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter, soft
- 125 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 500 g flour
- ¼ liter of milk
- 3 jars of cherry(s), drained
- 200 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Mix the ingredients into a dough (it’s incredibly sticky!). Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the dough on it, ideally with wet hands. Place the drained cherries on top. Now mix the ingredients into a crumble and sprinkle the cherries with it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (gas mark 1) for about 40 minutes, then let cool thoroughly. This also works with apples, gooseberries, blueberries, etc.
