Ingredients for 60 servings:

  • 150 g hazelnuts, finely ground
  • 200 g butter
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g chocolate, finely grated
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, level

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter with the vanilla sugar until creamy. Mix in the eggs and powdered sugar. Sift over the flour, cocoa, and cinnamon and knead into the egg mixture along with the nuts. Fill the batter into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe shapes onto baking paper. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or sprinkles, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Note: Melt in your mouth.
