Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml cream, sweet
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 350 ml brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the cream, coffee, and cornstarch. Beat the mixture in a hot water bath for about 15 minutes until it becomes creamy and rises to the top. Let cool, stir in the brandy, and bottle the liqueur.
