Spicy olive cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 30 g tomatoes, dried
  • 30 g green olives, pitted
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Tabasco or chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and peel the onion. Finely dice them along with the olives. Then mix with the cottage cheese (if it’s too thick, add a splash of milk). Season the cream to taste with salt, pepper, and Tabasco. It goes well with fresh farmhouse bread, but also with crispbread.
