Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Fir branch(es) – shoot tips, 2 – 3 pieces
  • 150 g sugar, white rock sugar
  • 1 liter of gin

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 60 days; Total time approx. 60 days 5 minutes

Great gift idea or to sip yourself!

Wash the light green pine tips thoroughly and place them in a wide-mouth bottle. Add the rock candy and pour the gin over everything. Cork the bottle tightly and let the liqueur steep for at least two months. Then filter. That’s it! Cheers!
