Vanilla muffins with chocolate drops

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • e.g. chocolate drops or coarsely chopped chocolate
  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla pudding
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, 125 g
  • 60 ml oil
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Simple and delicious!

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and pudding powder. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the oil, milk, and yogurt and mix well. Stir in the flour mixture to eliminate lumps. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips. Let the batter rest for about 5-10 minutes. Then pour into baking cups and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) with fan assisted oven for about 20 minutes. This makes approximately 17 muffins.
