Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ¾ cup oil
- 1 cup of cream, 3 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 300 g flour
- 200 g margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Knead the flour, margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, egg, and a pinch of salt into a shortcrust pastry and place it in a baking pan. Whisk together all the remaining ingredients (quark, sugar, pudding powder, vanilla sugar, 3/4 cup oil, cream, milk, eggs, and a pinch of salt) until fluffy and pour into the baking pan lined with the shortcrust pastry. Bake the cake at 160°C (fan oven) for about 45 minutes.
