Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken legs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, liquid
- 40 g almond flakes
- 2 oranges (juice)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp curry
- 40 g raisins
- 200 g mango chutney
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Place in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with melted butter. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Toast the almond flakes in a little hot butter until golden brown. Deglaze with the orange juice, add the cinnamon, curry powder, raisins, and mango chutney, and season to taste. Bring the sauce to a boil and pour over the chicken thighs. Then roast for another 20 minutes.
