Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 1 jar sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 jar flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour 1 small jar of mayonnaise (250 ml) into a mixing bowl. Wash and dry the jar; use it to measure the sugar and flour. Mix the mayonnaise with the sugar and eggs, then add the lemon juice. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add it, and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 40 minutes. The cake will be nice and moist and fluffy and taste delicious.
