Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 150 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Sheet cake

Combine 250g melted butter, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest in a bowl and mix for 1-2 minutes. Grease a baking sheet well, spread the batter on it, and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (350°F) top and bottom heat. Melt the remaining butter and add the lemon juice and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth and season to taste. If the cake is too acidic, add more powdered sugar. It’s best to spread the glaze while it’s still warm; it spreads more easily.
