Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
- ⅛ liter milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the softened butter, milk, and salt. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Mix everything in the food processor for about 3 minutes. Pour about 2/3 of the batter into a greased pan. Add the cocoa, sugar, and milk to the remaining batter in the bowl and mix. Pour this mixture into the pan, smooth it out with a fork, and spiral it through the light-colored batter from top to bottom. Bake at 175°C for about 60 minutes. Do the toothpick test!
