Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the bell peppers into strips, the onions into rings, the tomatoes into eighths, and finely chop the garlic. Sauté the garlic and onion, then simmer with the bell peppers and tomatoes over low heat. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
