Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 20 shrimp(s), peeled, without intestines
- 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
- 100 ml cream, nB more
- Salt
- pepper
- Oil, neutral, or butter
- e.g. curry powder
- e.g. chili powder
- e.g. rice or noodles
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the rice or noodles according to the package instructions so that they are done at the same time as the prawns. Wash the prawns and dry them thoroughly. Briefly fry them in a pan with oil or butter until they turn pink, remove from the pan and set aside. Add the drained mandarin oranges to the same pan, season well with pepper and a little salt. If you like it spicier, season with curry and chili. Add the cream and let everything simmer slightly. Season again with salt and pepper. Add the prawns and stir in. Serve with rice or noodles on warm plates.
