Oriental carrot salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s), grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ bunch mint or parsley
  • ½ tsp curry powder, freshly ground
  • some lime juice
  • some olive oil
  • 3 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Coarsely grate the carrots, dice the garlic, and stir them together with all the remaining ingredients. Season to taste and let it marinate well.
