Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s), grated
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ bunch mint or parsley
- ½ tsp curry powder, freshly ground
- some lime juice
- some olive oil
- 3 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
- n. B. Pfeffer
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp cumin
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Coarsely grate the carrots, dice the garlic, and stir them together with all the remaining ingredients. Season to taste and let it marinate well.
