Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g spaghetti, cooked
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sambal oelek
  • 100 g peas, cooked frozen
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the chicken breast fillet into small strips and fry in a pan with the garlic cloves. When the meat is cooked, add the cooked noodles and fry. Pour the soy sauce over the noodles and mix well. Meanwhile, finely dice the onion and garlic and add them to the pan with the peas. Finally, add the eggs and sambal oelek and fry until the eggs are cooked. Season to taste with soy sauce and sambal oelek.
