Almond marzipan muffins

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 180 ml sunflower oil
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 100 g almonds, chopped
  • 1 packet of baking powder or 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs (size M)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • Paper cups
  • n. B. Chocolate coating, white
  • e.g. almond flakes or chocolate or sugar sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes 12 pieces.

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Gradually mix all of the ingredients together well. Tear the marzipan into small pieces so that it is distributed throughout the batter. Nothing needs to be separated. Instead of the baking powder, you can also use 2 tablespoons of Amaretto; this makes the marzipan flavor even more intense. Line the muffin tin with paper cases and fill each with 3-4 heaped teaspoons of the batter. Bake the muffins on the middle rack of the oven at 170°C for around 20 minutes. The batter makes enough for around 12-18 muffins if you use a 12-hole muffin tin and fill the cases well. If you are not using a muffin tin, make sure you use 2 paper cases for one muffin and only fill it a little more than halfway. Serve the finished muffins in a baking dish, for example. For example, cover with white chocolate coating and then decorate with almond flakes, chocolate or colorful sprinkles.
