Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g butter (sour cream butter)
  • ½ tsp cumin, ground
  • ½ tsp coriander seeds, finely ground
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp, heaped turmeric, ground
  • 1 tsp star anise, ground
  • 1 tsp ground blue fenugreek
  • 2 pinches of ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of clove(s), ground
  • 1 tsp Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spiced Butter No. 4 alla Klaumix

Mix all ingredients with the butter and refrigerate. Pairs well with lamb and burgers.
