- 1 sweet potato(s)
- ½ zucchini
- 4 slices of chicken breast (cold cuts)
- 1 tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- garlic powder
- chili powder
- curry powder
- salt and pepper

simple, healthy recipe
Chop the sweet potatoes and zucchini into small pieces (it’s best to slice them thinly, as this will cook them faster). First, fry the sweet potatoes in a pan with a little oil, then add the zucchini after a while. Cook until cooked through. Add a spoonful of tahini, a spoonful of coconut milk, and the chicken breast, stir through, and continue cooking to warm the cold cuts. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chili, curry, and garlic, and serve.
