Spaghetti with olive oil, garlic, salami and zucchini

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 servings of spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 100g salami
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • some Parmesan or Cheddar, grated or sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bring salted water to a boil in a pot. Meanwhile, add the olive oil to a large pan, peel the garlic cloves, and pressed garlic. Sauté the garlic in the olive oil until translucent. Cut the zucchini and salami into strips about 0.5 cm thick and roast in the pan until the zucchini is soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain well, do not rinse, and add to the pan. Turn off the heat and toss the spaghetti in the sauce. Season again if necessary and serve in a deep dish. Sprinkle with some cheese and serve.
