Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 25 g cornstarch
  • 25 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 80 g butter
  • 65 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups of pudding (Monte), 55 g each

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine the first four ingredients and set aside. Mix together the softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg and add the pudding. Add the flour mixture and continue stirring. Add milk, depending on the consistency of the batter. Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes.
